About this
I honestly don't think anything about me would spark anyone's interest, but I guess its only right to follow the protocol and scribble up some text for this "About Me" page. I strive to be outstanding at doing the things I love to do (InfoTech, my wife, etc). However I find myself being really mediocre at burning with light. I haven't been taking pictures for a long time, but I honestly think I've been doing it long enough to have at least that ONE good shot.
Unfortunately, I don't have it. I must admit, my strive for taking that shot is really about one-third of what's used for the other things I love. I don't invest money in good equipment. I don't go out with the sole purpose of taking shots. So, in all honesty, the results of my shots are basically just about right with regards to the efforts behind them. In a nutshell: It is what it is.
"Slave food to soul food" basically expresses the notion of taking whatever's given to you and making the best out of it. I've always been amazed at the way my ancestors took leftover animal parts that no one else wanted and flipped them into culinary delicacies...to the point where, now, some of the people that used to dump these leftovers on my ancestors, now PAY for a plate of the tasty treats!!! Anyway, I won't get too deep here, as that's not what this is about. So I'm basically hoping to be able to take that ONE shot with whatever leftover is thrown at me. Did I mention that I love IT? Indeed I do, hence the IT flavor of things. Hope you enjoy it, and if you do please leave your comments. If you don't, leave a comment anyway.
